One of the director's of BCR and the host of our Drive Time show, Sean's experience is 2nd to none along with sales and advertising and marketing of the company as well as training and day to day running of the station.

Andy is the voice behind Afternoons with Andy on Blackpool Community Radio, live every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12–2pm. He’s also one of The Three Mouseketeers, creating fun, family-friendly content and live streams around Blackpool with a touch of Disney magic. Whether on-air or online, Andy brings good vibes, local stories, and community spirit to every show and stream.

A former Engineer from Yorkshire who has spent all of my  life listening to and collecting music. Broadcasting for the last 15 years on various community and online radio stations. I love all sport, watching Dramas but my passion is and always will be MUSIC. Listen to my fully loaded Music Machine on BCR and request a track you haven’t heard in ages.

Join Connor O’Brien every Tuesday and Thursday from 12 to 2 for your new favourite lunch break distraction. It’s two hours of chaos, comedy, and cracking tunes — served with a big side of northern charm.

Connor’s like your workmate who always gets told off for chatting too much — but somehow got his own show. From random rants and nostalgic nonsense to daft Tiktok lives and proper laugh-out-loud stories, nothing’s off the table (except maybe dairy).

One of the directors of BCR with a vast knowledge of running previous businesses and along side running the community hub here in Blackpool. He is also the chairman of the Blackpool Carnival..

Arrived at BCR through the Prince's Trust. He's our stalwart and a major team member here at the station and very popular with our listeners.

Bringing you an eclectic mix of classic rock hits and forgotten gems, join Ed every Sunday between 12 and 2 for the Sunday Soundtrack. Light-hearted musings, listener interaction, the occasional interview, fun quizzes like “Celebrity Birthdays” and lively/amusing discussions. Ed’s easy-going style is the perfect way to ease into your Sunday. Outside of BCR you’ll find Ed at the heart of the region’s film community, directing events at the Lytham International Film Festival, Fleetwood’s Cinewyre Festival and Preston’s Firestorm Film Festiva

Friday night's 7pm and 3 hours of amazing dance tracks, this guy has an amazing following. 

Geoff started his career at the age of 13 and within five years was one of the Mecca Group’s top DJs, being used as their opening act for their new venue’s nationwide. During the ’60s when package tours were at the height of their popularity, Geoff could be found compering shows with The Animals, The Kinks, Spencer Davis Group, Roy Orbison and Chuck Berry, and was the MC for the second-ever Led Zeppelin show. Geoff presents 70s, 80s and 90s shows weekly on BCR

A passion for anything 90s,  Phil will fill you up to the brim with those classic throwbacks from the days gone by.

Yorkshire lass with an infectious love for music, an undeniable passion/obsession (because she'll tell you)  for Prince.

She will be spinning a fresh mix of new music, timeless classics and 90's dancefloor hits. 

Join her on BCR's Saturday morning soundwave show, guaranteed a few laughs, the odd head shake at her musings. One thing is for sure her genuine joy of entertaining the listeners

 James has been broadcasting since he was a teenager and has multi-tasked as a DJ, producer, TV presenter, journalist, reporter, as well as distribution manager - at numerous TV and radio and stations in the UK, and globally. James has also been lucky enough to work closely, during his time at the BBC, with celebrities as diverse as the Rolling Stones, the Pet Shop Boys, Jeremy Clarkson, and Simon Bates, to name just a few. 

I am a lifelong musician having picked up the guitar at 12 years old. I love all genre of music and have played in many different types of bands from blues to dance to jazz to folk. Still playing in bands and love every minute of it. I have a special love of the Blues and sharing that love with you on the radio is a real privilege. My love of all music comes across in my show at the ‘Joker in the Pack’ feature where I play a tune that is not necessarily Blues but one I really love.
